Vera Cristina Silva Stracieri
Vera has worked as a Human Resources consultant for over 20 years and for more than 25 years as a psychological therapist. Her work with organisations is mainly focused on assessment, talent mapping and coaching.
In addition to her degree in Psychology at Catholic University, São Paulo, Vera has completed several post-graduation programs and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis. She runs many different training and development programs and workshops at the Instituto Pieron.
Vera has taught workshops in conferences and seminars related to HR development, including ‘Contributions of Emotional Intelligence to the Third Millennium: Disney’s Creativity Strategy,’ at CONARH (Congresso Nacional sobre Gestão de Pessoas). She has also taught at the FEA in the Catholic University, São Paulo.
