Sonia obtained her Honours degree in Organisational Psychology after completing her undergraduate studies at Rhodes University and her postgraduate studies through UNISA.
She completed her psychometric internship in 2012, and has passed her Psychometry board exam, having registered as an Independent Psychometrist. Sonia joined Bioss Southern Africa as a Psychometrist in 2014 and her focus is on talent assessment, retention and development through the use of Psychometrics. She also has a specific interest in coaching and training.
