Richard Sale
Chairman, EDAC
Richard Sale is the Chairman of EDAC, Bioss strategic partners since 1999. EDAC offers the global Bioss community the online LPA psychometrics and MCPA Career Path Appreciation, both hosted on the Genie platform, and the PC-based ELDI 360-degree performance report.
Richard has a military background, serving for 30 years in the British Army as an infantry commander and staff officer. Before taking early retirement from the British Army he completed a Master of Defence Administration degree (MBA equivalent) in the UK at Cranfield University/Royal Military College of Science.
Richard has extensive experience in the application of online and PC-based instruments in leadership development, and in addition to supporting the global Bioss community he has contributed to programs at the US Army Research Institute, the Eisenhower School of the US National Defense University, and the US Army War College.
