JosE Ruiz
Jose Ruiz is involved in consulting engagements related to leadership and organizational effectiveness to help clients create thriving cultures. He is also involved in executive search focused on board members, CEOs, senior-level executives, and executive search work focused on board members, CEOs, senior-level executives.
Jose has worked in the United States and Mexico. He has assisted major private, public, and family-owned organizations with transformation programs to align their people and structures with organizational objectives. His work also includes research work focused on organizational effectiveness centered on leadership and culture.
He holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Jose is fluent in English and Spanish.
