Dr. Janne J. Korhonen is an organisation design consultant, enterprise architect, coach, and advisor. He is specialized in diagnostic assessment of organisational capabilities pertaining to agile and digital transformations.
Janne brings more than twenty years of multi-sector business and IT consulting experience in strategic, enterprise-scale, and mission-critical projects. As a Bioss associate since 2012, he has worked as consultant, assessor, and advisor to help organisations align decision-making with the challenges of work at different levels. He has also mentored and coached individuals to find better and more balanced job performance.
With a strong theoretical background in information systems, management science, organizational research and developmental psychology, Janne has a unique interdisciplinary perspective on the anatomy of the enterprise.
