We believe that our eminently practical applications to make organisations better places to be should be supported by stringent research. This relates specifically to ongoing confirmation that individuals are not adversely affected by external differences such as gender or ethnic origin. Accordingly, we place strong emphasis on local research in the various regions to supplement our global findings.
