Frank De Mey
Frank De Mey has 22 years of background experience in assessments and 15 years' experience in direct and executive searches for middle and senior management positions.
Frank graduated with a Master's degree magna cum laude in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences, with a specialisation in Industrial Psychology. He began his career at the recruitment firm CERM, where he specialised for eight years in carrying out customer-oriented assessments of candidates.
In 1992, he and a fellow student set up Fiers &De Mey, a company specialising in direct and executive searches and assessments. From 2000 to 2004, Frank was Chairman of the Federation of Recruitment and Selection Firms, FWS/FRS, and helped establish Federgon Recruitment, Search &Selection, which underlines his concern for ethics and quality.
In May 2007, he joined the Accord Group as Partner, where he focuses on providing professional services to private companies.
