Grounded by 20 years of corporate experience in the Financial Services Industry, including Absa (Group, Corporate and Commercial) and Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) her specific talents and skills were honed through exposure such as CEO successor assessments and Senior Executive placements and coaching; crafting Talent and Performance Management and Recruitment & Selection approaches; establishing Change Enablement and Organisational Architecture functions at Group level; being the HR team lead for the Absa/Barclays integration team, pre-and post merger, and being part of the Absa People Management Exco.
